SENIOR SOLICITOR - 15 MONTHS - INSIDE IR35

(Primarily home based with occasional Face to Face meetings in Central Scotland)

The Role

As a Solicitor with this company, you will be responsible for providing specialised legal advice and support to the agency's staff on a wide range of environmental and corporate legal matters. This will include:

• Offering expert legal guidance on complex issues, drawing on your in-depth knowledge of various environmental regimes
• Advising the agency on the development and implementation of new corporate legislation and policies
• Delivering specialist legal advice across diverse areas of civil and corporate law

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this Solicitor role, you will need to possess the following:

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate
• LLB Degree and Diploma in Legal Practice or equivalent
• Specialist knowledge and skills in interpreting and applying legislation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to non-legal staff
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
