My client who are a specialised technology company are looking to recruit a Business Analyst - MS Dynamics CRM and Marketing experience to join them on an initial 6-month contract, working with their team based remotely.

Projects for the Business Analyst with MS Dynamics CRM and Marketing experience include:

• me+ Global Project - Creating a global standardised CRM solution for CIC Agents
• Global Marketing Performance - Collating disparate data sources into a centralised location and building reports and dashboard that clearly show marketing performance per market
• Consent 2.0 - Synchronise CRM consent data with OneTrust and streamline the way consent is captured for HCPs globally

• Business Analyst expertise
• Context switching and stakeholder management
• Methodical and detailed requirements/user story capture
