Core accountabilities of role

· Support Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle from conception to completion

· Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules for deal and non-deal related roadshows

(Corporate, EM, HY, FIG, SSA Roadshows)

· Fully support Syndicate desk following all deal-type announcements on

Bloomberg. Responsible for:

- Sales announcements for Deal Related Marketing and Non Deal Roadshows

- Direct liaison with Investors

- Meeting coordination/scheduling with Syndicate Desks at Joint Lead Manager (JLMs) for all

roadshow types

· Research, price and manage booking of all virtual Global Investor Calls (GICs), Company

Results Calls/Webinars, Bank Meetings

· Research, price and manage booking of suitable venues across Europe, Middle East and Asia

for a range of group events

· Responsible for the completion and filing of external pro forma meeting contracts

· Research, price and manage booking of suitable flights, accommodation and ground

transportation, working closely with travel providers CWT to ensure clients are receiving the

best travel options

· Book and manage sharing presentations via independent suppliers/data rooms (eg:

DealRoadshow)

· Book and manage WebEx/Teams virtual Small Group calls for external clients and investors

· Disseminate calendar invitations for all meeting types to Issuers, Investors, Banking and JLMs

· Host all virtual Small Group meetings when Logistics - Manage Issuer experience and

ensure smooth-running of meetings. Liaise with JLMs, Investors and Syndicates throughout

calls where required

· Collate and reconcile costs and liaise with the department's accounts team to ensure accurate

billing and reconciliation to external clients and other banks in a timely manner for each

roadshow/event (30 day turnaround post-roadshow)

· Provide mentorship to junior team members; support and guide where necessary

· Responsible for training of new team members

· Act as Team Leader in the absence of Head of PCM Roadshows;

- manage daily calendar

- liaise with Banking for upcoming marketing

- delegate workload to team

- provide daily updates to sales

- complete weekly calendar update for Syndicate

· Act as an ambassador for on site at London external events

· Support US Roadshow desk when absent on vacation

· Ensure that all activities and RS duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory

requirements and internal policies

· Respect of Code of Conduct and Rules & Regulations

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

EXPERIENCE

· Essential: Extensive experience in strategic roadshow planning - minimum 10+ years

· Essential: Extensive experience in roadshow management best practice and tools

· Essential: Extensive and comprehensive experience in roadshow management in the banking

sector, preferably in a leading financial institution.

· Essential: Demonstrated ability to deal with strong personalities and at C-suite level

· Preferred: Previous Line Management responsibility

· Preferred: A-level and/or degree level qualification

· Deep understanding of the role of roadshows and corporate access in a broader communications

context

· Advanced skills in Excel, Word and intermediate skills in Powerpoint

· Languages preferred but not essential

· Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to liaise in a professional manner with all levels of staff /

· Flexible, willing, enthusiastic and "hands-on" approach - ability to work flexible hours

· Confident to champion the bank as an ambassador

· Tactful and diplomatic - confidentiality / discretion required at all times

· Should be comfortable dealing with senior management on a day to day basis
