We are looking for a Imagery Producer for our huge client for a Contract role.

Contract - inside IR35

Location - Swindon, 2-3 days onsite per week

Duration - until Oct end 2025

Description
The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through and final jobs coming out of the Image team. This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography and Retouching, all specialist areas that require a dedicated point of contact for the team. To secure team efficiency, this role requires a very organised and methodical individual who has strong communication skills and who is comfortable planning and managing a multiple of jobs at any one time.
To ensure as a team, we are able to support all our clients in all medias, globally. This role requires a high level of competency in the managing and multitasking of projects that each carry a broad range of deadlines and requirements. The planning of each person's work, knowing timings for a job with a deep understanding of the overall project are key to ensuring quality of work is not compromised and deadlines are met. To proactively organise jobs based on business needs and priorities, to keep records up to date, and communicate in and out any changes that arise. To ensure that lines of communication with Commercial/Project Managers are kept open and up to date throughout their job's timeline, and to update the image Team Leaders and Head of Art on a regular basis.
Accountabilities

  • Take briefs from any area of the business, plan and successfully oversee delivery of all Image brief assets
  • Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to help run an expert environment
  • Understand the challenges facing our client's business both short and long term, to gauge priorities
  • Actively contribute to discussions on strategy and planning of the team's work
  • Keep regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during development of imagery
  • Be able to coherently argue the case for or against creative work being briefed based on actual requirements, time and resource available
  • Learn a thorough working knowledge of all our client's systems, review processes and production processes
  • Ensure that work progresses through the system and is delivered on time and on budget. Know the job status on every job running through the team on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure all members of the team are regularly updated on the status of their projects
  • To be able to play a helping hand in motivating members of the team during highly pressured times
  • Has a good eye for detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the briefs coming into the team, are exact
  • Working with the brief owners to ensure teams have all assets necessary to deliver their briefs on time
  • Act as the communication channel between the Image team and other teams/departments to ensure no information is lost or misinterpreted during a project
  • To manage the accounts system, raising all PO's for any outsourced or freelance imagery
  • Responsible for ensuring that all estimates are presented and approved before work commences
  • Ensures that all invoices are issued quickly and correctly.

Skills
This position requires planning and project management experience, although not essential this would ideally be within a CG/Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and/or photography would be beneficial. A desire to learn the software used within the team to gain a better understanding to help answer questions and timings confidently would enhance the individual's impact within the role.
