Business Analyst - Council Exp

• Business Analyst - Previous Council Experience
• Remote Working however will need to go to Cambridge 1/2 time a month
• 6 month initial contract
• Inside of IR35
• £400 - £450 per day - dependant on experience

My client is looking for a number of Business Analysts to assist with the redesign, modernise and improve their business practices, processes, service delivery and efficiency.

Duties to Include

• Enhancing digital capabilities to provide better customer journeys through improvement through data-driven insights and collaborative change initiatives.
• You would be responsible for the analysis of business models, business structures, business processes and customer journeys, across a broad range of service areas to improve service delivery and efficiency:
• Define project scope, evaluate business cases, and prioritise initiatives.
• Perform root cause analyses and gap need analyses to identify process inefficiencies and under performing technologies.
• Implement continuous improvement frameworks.
• Plan, lead and deliver multiple, concurrent business process re-engineering and customer journey mapping projects.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Identify, make decisions and to carry out follow up observations and interviews to ensure that a comprehensive understanding of technical and functional requirements of the business process or structure is gained to inform both the current state insight and redesign phases.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital, Data and Technology, to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable and maintainable solutions, including functional and non-functional specifications.
