Looking for a Principle Agile Delivery Manager-Contract role who is more of a Programme Manager with Agile coaching experience.

Duration-6 months

Location - Leeds, hybrid working, 1-2 days in office



The Principal Agile Delivery Manager role within Technology at evoke is accountable for taking concepts to functional solutions with 1 or 2 delivery teams. In addition, the Principal ADM role has an expanded focus on departmental improvements, particularly for complex project or product feature delivery and fostering a culture of excellence.
Principal ADM's operate beyond their own teams, working across the department and domains to identify opportunities to improve delivery ways of working, tooling, and processes. They are champions of change, advocates for agility and able to provide appropriate challenge to ensure delivery efforts align to strategic goals and overall business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Concept to Completion: Working closely with teams and stakeholders, the Principal ADM takes initial concepts, user stories or product improvement ideas. They break these down into achievable milestones with the teams, ensuring clarity, plans and alignment with the overall project or product roadmap.
  • Agile Champion: Principal ADMs will champion Agile methodologies, even within projects. They facilitate short, iterative development cycles, ensuring teams deliver functional features frequently and gather valuable user feedback.​
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Principal ADM fosters a collaborative environment. They work closely with various teams outside of their own development teams (design, compliance, marketing etc) to ensure smooth integration and communication throughout the delivery process.​
  • Adaptability and Problem-solving: Evoke Delivery embraces change. Our Principal ADMs navigate unexpected challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities.​
