Business Development Manager - Debt Recovery & Litigation Services
Location: UK (Field-based with regular travel)
Salary: Up to £65,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+) + Car Allowance
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Our client, is experiencing significant growth and is now looking to appoint a self-driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, specialist provider of B2B debt recovery and litigation services. The organisation delivers full-service credit management solutions to clients across the UK, including white label outsourcing, office and field collections, litigation, and trace services.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships - targeting businesses with a turnover in excess of £30M. This role offers significant autonomy, a highly rewarding commission structure, and the opportunity to be instrumental in the continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and contact new business prospects via CRM and personal networks.
- Book and attend client meetings nationwide to conduct consultative sales conversations.
- Build and nurture relationships with key contacts such as accountants and insolvency practitioners.
- Prepare tailored proposals post-meeting to align service solutions with client needs.
- Oversee smooth service onboarding for new clients and attend performance review meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment and revenue targets.
- Participate in monthly sales reviews and planning sessions.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years in a sales-based role, ideally in professional services, finance, legal or collections.
- Proven track record of personal revenue generation (evidence will be required).
- Comfortable working independently, self-motivated and highly driven to succeed.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK.
