As a Risk Specialist you will be working within a global team to help the Vendor Risk Programme. You will be providing your advice and expertise on Risk when setting up new vendors into the company systems.
Partner with the appropriate IT ServiceNow (Snow) stakeholders, Snow business enablement teams, and key business stakeholders globally to guide the process end-user and stakeholders through a Vendor and Technology intake process.
Validate end-user submissions ensuring submitted information is accurately completed before assigning tasks to the relevant stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for business partners engaging with the intake process, communicating between the teams to assign tasks, escalate issues (SLA/OLA breaches, etc), resolve queries where possible. You will have experience working in a Risk and Compliance position and understand risk policies. Back-end experience or ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool. Interpersonal and Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify inefficiencies and evaluate vendor risk management practices. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and workflow management tools like Jira. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to partner with various internal and external stakeholders across different geographies and experience in data analysis from a risk point of view.
