S/4HANA Controlling SME

Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Engineering & Networks team, and an S/4HANA Controlling SME (Subject Matter Expert) Lead Consultant should possess a diverse set of skills to effectively manage and optimize the controlling processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Here are some key skills and competencies required

Must have expereince with - Product Costing and Material Ledger:
Deep Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA:
o Universal Journal: Understanding the integration of financial and controlling data in the Universal Journal
o Real-time Integration: Expertise in real-time data processing and integration between financial and controlling modules

Technical Proficiency:
o Configuration Skills: Ability to configure SAP S/4HANA, including new functionalities and simplifications
o Advanced Functionality: Knowledge of advanced features and how to leverage them for business processes

Process Understanding:
o End-to-End Processes: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they are implemented in S/4HANA
o Integration: Skills in integrating various SAP modules and external systems

Analytical Skills:
o Data Management: Proficiency in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making
o Reporting and Analytics: Ability to create and interpret reports and analytics using tools like SAP Fiori

Business Acumen:
o Strategic Planning: Understanding of business scenarios and strategic planning to guide clients effectively

Cost Management: Expertise in cost management and profitability analysis

Soft Skills:
o Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
