Lorien wins the Onsite RPO In House Recruitment Team Award at the 2021 In House Recruitment Awards
Lorien’s onsite delivery into Nationwide Building Society has won the Onsite RPO In House Recruitment Team Award at the 2021 In House Recruitment Awards.
The annual In House Recruitment Awards celebrates the significant achievements of internal recruitment teams and the individuals within them. This is Lorien’s second consecutive year of success at the awards, with the team winning Onsite RPO In House Recruitment Team in 2020 for its delivery into ReAssure.
Annelise Smith, Director of MSP and RPO at Lorien said:
“It’s a proud moment to win the award for Onsite RPO In House Recruitment Team once, but it’s an honour and a privilege to win it twice in two years. For me, this represents that our RPO delivery is truly industry-leading and confirms what I’ve always believed – that the dedication, expertise and energy of our people gives our clients the edge in the war on talent. I am incredibly proud of the Nationwide onsite RPO team for their exceptional client delivery this year and would like to thank them all for their hard work over the last 12 months – without which this would never have been possible.”
This is the second award for the Nationwide RPO team, having received the Client Service Award at the 2021 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards earlier this year.
