Are you an accomplished Service Manager with a strong background in ITIL/ITSM? This company is seeking a talented individual to lead the transition of their Application Management Services (AMS) from one vendor to another. If you thrive in a fast-paced, critical operations environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of the company's AMS from one provider to another. This is a crucial role that requires extensive experience in managing offshore service teams and supporting critical operations across the entire business. You will need to have a deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and a proven track record of success in leading similar initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end transition of the AMS from one vendor to another, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead and coordinate the offshore service teams responsible for supporting the company's critical operations
- Implement ITIL/ITSM best practices to optimise service delivery and enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the transition
- Continuously monitor and report on the performance of the AMS, making recommendations for improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Service Manager, with a strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles
- Proven track record of leading offshore service teams and supporting critical operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ideally, they have been working with SAP & Enterprise applications.
