Technical Business Analyst - SharePoint Migration

📍 Location: London Hybrid (2 days/week in London, flexible 40% on-site policy)

💼 Contract: 6 months initially, likely to extend for a further 6

💰 Rate: Day rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella

🔐 Clearance: Active SC Clearance strongly preferred (or willingness to undergo clearance)

We're seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale SharePoint migration and upgrade project already underway. You'll be joining a high-performing team and working closely with SharePoint SMEs to deliver a critical transformation initiative.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the delivery of SharePoint migration and upgrade workstreams.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth delivery across phases.
• Provide expert input based on previous SharePoint project experience.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on a SharePoint upgrade or migration project, specifically from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online
• Ability to hit the ground running and add immediate value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Active SC Clearance is highly desirable
