You'll be the first point of technical escalation outside of projects, and you'll play a key role in peer reviews, best practice adoption, and ensuring delivery stays on track and within scope.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with coaching and leadership. You'll be expected to manage individual development plans, set goals, and help your team grow in confidence and capability.

About you:
The ideal candidate will come from a FinTech, SaaS, or Finance background would be highly beneficial but not essential and have a strong track record of delivering technical solutions on time and within budget. You'll be comfortable leading small teams, managing change control, and working with SQL at a deep level - including performance tuning, data manipulation, and reporting.
