£500 - £600/day inside IR35

Lorien's Utilities client are currently recruiting for 2 x Business Change Leads to join on an inside IR35 contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience of creating, managing and executing a change and engagement plan working in a complex and fast moving delivery environment
• Experience of creating, editing and reviewing communication materials with stakeholders to ensure alignment of key messaging.
• Experience of working within an IT Delivery environment, through coaching and support ensure that Delivery Leads communicate through the agreed frameworks to the wider business and that communications non technical and support delivery success.
• Experience of working in a large team of Business Change and Engagement professionals ensuring alignment to delivery requirements.
• Drive change impact assessments from creation to delivery.
• Lead and support people change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
• Translate technical plans into business-ready communications and training materials.
• Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
• Experience working within a complex, multi-departmental environment
