Job Title: Data Product Lead - Expert Domain
Contract Length: 7 Months

About the Role:
A newly formed Commercial Effectiveness team is seeking a Data Product Lead to drive data strategy and delivery within the Expert domain, supporting commercial decision-makers with the tools, insights, and data they need to make impactful investment decisions.

This role operates at the intersection of data, digital transformation, and business operations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to shape the vision for the domain, lead discovery of new data demands, and ensure scalable, user-focused data solutions that enhance expert engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data foundations, products, and analytics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for new data initiatives.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and IT teams to deliver secure and scalable data solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and readiness for product rollout in key markets.
  • Support data product teams in roadmap delivery and squad formation.
  • Oversee development and transition of data infrastructure to maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

About You:

  • 7+ years' experience in data engineering, product management, or data leadership.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale data or analytics products.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Skilled in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, dbt) and agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in consumer healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or FMCG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and healthcare regulations is highly desirable.
