Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager role will be taking on all of the core technical elements of this transformation such as the helix profiles for new users, Helix setup/configuration to allow new services , integrations between helix and 3rd parties and set up of workblaze for Digital Workplace.

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy BMC Helix (profiles, services, setup).
• Manage Helix integrations with third-party systems (e.g., HR, identity, CMDB).
• Set up and configure Workblaze for Digital Workplace enablement.

Skills & Experience

• Exceptional supplier management skills
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL (certification preferred).
• Experience with cloud-based service platforms (e.g., BMC Helix SaaS).
• Ability to deliver technical configurations based on business needs.
• Hands-on with integration tools/APIs.

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

• BMC Helix (ITSM, Smart IT, Digital Workplace)
• Workblaze
• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• API/Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps)

Experience Required

• We are seeking a Technical candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
• BMC Helix expertise - hands-on configuration, user profiles, service setup.
• Integration delivery - experience connecting Helix to 3rd-party systems via APIs or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure).
• Workblaze/Digital Workplace setup - building self-service portals, service catalogues, and workflows.
• Technical project management - 5+ years delivering ITSM or digital transformation projects, managing teams and timelines.
• Methodologies - solid knowledge of ITIL (cert preferred), and experience with Agile or hybrid models.
• Tools - proficient in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Communication - strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
