  • Develop, maintain, and run the programme plan, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Lead programme governance, including steering committee updates, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory engagement.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management, driving consensus and accountability across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to ensure requirements, processes, and controls are fully defined, validated, and implemented.
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Oversee delivery of process rationalisation and standardisation activities, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls requirements throughout programme delivery.
  • Drive change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes and operating models across the business.
  • Manage vendors or third-party partners, as required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing large, complex, multi-workstream programmes in regulated environments.
  • Proven experience leading process transformation, centralisation, or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
  • Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and internal controls frameworks.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver results in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in finance transformation, shared services migrations, or large compliance remediation programmes.
  • Exposure to financial services, banking, or similarly regulated industries.
