Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong experience of working with Java, Kafka, ReactJS and AWS to join the existing team on an initial 6month contract.

This role is based in London.

This role will be Inside IR35 Via Umbrella

Working in a Hybrid Model of 1 day a week on site.

Key Skills and Experiences

• Delivery of high-quality software through configuration and customisation with a focus on reuse, adding value to the business and aligning to bank standards, patterns and guardrails.
• Experience of working within Financial Services/High Street Banking
• Strong Skills working with:
• Java 17
• Kafka
• AWS
• ReactJS
• Liaises with business stakeholders, principal Engineers, architects in the domain to shape and successfully deliver projects

• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS is preferred).
• Experienced of working within Financial Services.
