Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Bradford (Hybrid 1-2 days a week in office)
Type: FTC - 12 months
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering impactful software solutions? My client are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team for maternity cover for a 12 month FTC and help their clients achieve their goals through exceptional service and strategic support. There could be a strong possibility of turning permanent depending on workload and other factors.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients ensuring smooth onboarding, successful project delivery, and long-term satisfaction.
You'll:
- Lead onboarding and product adoption
- Manage complex software implementation projects
- Build and grow client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success
- Monitor performance and customer health metrics
- Handle renewals and contract discussions
- Represent the company at events and webinars
Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in project or product management
- Experience in a fast-paced, software-focused environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
Salary is paying up to £38,000 with attractive benefits and 25 days annual leave.
