Delivery Manager - Edinburgh OR Glasgow

Delivery Manager - £488/day - 6 Month Contract - Edinburgh or Glasgow - Public Sector

A major public sector programme is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join its Delivery, Integration and Testing Team-the engine room behind the rollout of new digital services for clients and Agency users. These services span everything from the Digital Portal (where clients access benefit information and submit applications) to the processing and awarding of successful claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage delivery plans aligned to wider programme goals
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex digital and business outcomes
• Drive progress at pace, manage competing priorities, and remove delivery blockers
• Champion Agile and Scaled Agile (Delivery Train) practices
• Ensure team-level ceremonies (stand-ups, planning) support programme-level delivery
• Oversee estimation and tracking of deliverables (JIRA)
• Lead resource planning and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
