Business Change Manager - Contract
Location: London | 12-Month Initial Term
We're hiring multiple Business Change Managers to support a major government programme focused on hybrid cloud migration and adoption. These roles are central to driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
- Design and deliver interventions including training, sponsorship plans, and comms campaigns.
- Analyse business impacts and readiness across technical and non-technical teams.
- Support operating model changes and benefit realisation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years' experience in business change roles, ideally using Prosci ADKAR or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in change planning, training development, and benefit analysis.
- APMG Change Management certification or equivalent (desirable).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and project lifecycle tools.
