Gen AI Product Lead - Outside IR35

🚀 We're Hiring: Product Lead - GenAI Solutions (Contract)

Join our AI Centre of Excellence as a Product Lead and help transform how work gets done. You'll design and deliver scalable GenAI-powered tools that eliminate manual workflows and drive efficiency across Sales Enablement, Operations, Content, and Research.

This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker with a bias for action. You'll work across business and technical teams to build real solutions - not prototypes - that deliver measurable impact.

📍 Role Details:

• Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Blackfriars, London
• Contract: 6 months
• Status: Outside IR35

💼 What You'll Do:

• Lead discovery to identify high-impact GenAI use cases
• Design AI-integrated workflows from the ground up
• Own the GenAI use case pipeline and prioritisation
• Partner with engineering and data teams to build, test, and deploy tools
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Align with platform, data, and security standards

✨ What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience delivering GenAI or automation solutions
• 10+ years of business experience, with 5+ years as a product lead or senior business analyst
• Strong grasp of GenAI stack (prompting, RAG, orchestration, unstructured data)
• Product mindset with a focus on speed to value
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders
