Service Transformation Lead- End User

We are currently recruiting for a Service Transformation Lead with a background in end user support to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid: 2/ 3 days a week onsite in London

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across the Digital Workplace Services portfolio, including but not limited to the following areas:
• Workstation refresh planning and execution
• Meeting room and collaboration strategy delivery and enhancement
• Business facing projects including implementation of a cloud-based email signature management platform and rebranding (including related service introduction, privacy impact assessment, and security threat analysis)
• Event space capability improvements in London and Paris
• Implementation of Teams Chat support
• Voice of the Customer (VoC) surveys in LATAM (Q3) and UK (Q4)
• Creation and rollout of device entitlement policies and end user device catalogue
• Automation of Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes
• Service management process improvements
• Budget planning, contract renewal support, and cost efficiency tracking
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to the Service Strategy & Transformation Manager.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience delivering transformation initiatives in Digital Workplace / End User Computing within large corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of service management principles (ITIL Foundation required).
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and service introduction processes.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid working model.
