Payroll Liaison Officer

📍 Location: Colchester, Essex OR London Victoria (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
💼 Contract: 6 months | Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Liaison Officer to support accurate and compliant payroll delivery across multiple EMEA countries.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate payroll with external providers for 34 payrolls across EMEA.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll and payments.
• Prepare monthly reports, reconciliations, and payroll forecasts.
• Support HR, Finance, and Benefits teams with payroll queries and data.
• Maintain GDPR compliance and stay up to date with payroll legislation.

What we're looking for:

• Strong payroll operations experience (IPPM qualification desirable).
• Knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SSP, and statutory requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with ADP IHCM and payroll reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
