Position Summary
We're seeking a UX Product Owner to champion digital experience projects for both customers and Customer Service Agents across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. This role requires hands-on experience managing projects within agile teams, and a strong background with Salesforce Service Cloud is highly preferred. You'll ensure that user-focused design principles and platform standards are embedded throughout every stage of the project.

As the UX Product Owner, you'll coordinate requirements, oversee design deliverables, manage review and approval cycles, and facilitate seamless handoff to IT. You'll play a key role in agile development, signing off on front-end user stories, participating in daily stand-ups and backlog grooming, and approving user acceptance testing and production releases.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to deepen their expertise in UX and technical project management, all while shaping engaging experiences for both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the user experience, advocating for user needs and aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to clarify project scope, requirements, processes, and timelines.
  • Lead design review sessions, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely feedback and approvals.
  • Approve front-end deliverables and oversee user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Actively participate in daily stand-ups, manage deliverables, attend backlog grooming, and engage in technical solutioning to assess feasibility and adapt designs as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce Service Cloud, understanding its capabilities and limitations.
  • Partner with IT to ensure UX designs are compatible with the Service Cloud environment.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Service Cloud best practices and compliance requirements.
