We are seeking an experienced Technical Mobile Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for mobile applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of mobile technologies, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new features and changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support development teams during implementation and testing phases, clarifying requirements as needed.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to optimize mobile user experience and performance.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and prioritize features.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and usability standards for mobile solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile application development processes and frameworks (iOS, Android).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Ability to write clear, concise documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and backend systems supporting mobile apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
