Creative Project Manager

We're looking for a Creative Project Manager (Contract) to join a fast-moving marketing and creative team. This role is all about driving projects from concept to completion-keeping timelines tight, budgets on track, and creative quality high. You'll be the connector between stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring ideas turn into impactful deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate across design, copy, and strategy teams to align on objectives.
• Build and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing feedback loops.
• Identify risks early, resolve bottlenecks, and make smart trade-offs to keep work moving.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally within an in-house agency or similar environment.
• Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to simplify complexity and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Leadership skills that inspire collaboration and accountability.
