Outside Sales Representative
Phoenix, AZ


We're seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on promoting products and services such as batteries, DC power systems, and chargers, while identifying new opportunities and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products and services; prepare and present quotes to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Organize and lead presentations, meetings, and training sessions for customers.
  • Follow up with customers after installations and deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Review customer specifications and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify new potential customers, market opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Prepare forecasts for assigned territories and achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to provide recommendations for portfolio expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Service, Customer Service, and Inside Sales to ensure expectations and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Maintain positive communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within electrical or power related industries.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per company and client standards.
  • Willingness to travel between offices, customer sites, and trade shows as needed.
