Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a growing power solutions team in Phoenix. This role focuses on supporting outside sales, nurturing customer relationships, and helping drive new business across products like batteries, DC power systems, and chargers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products and services; prepare and present accurate quotes to customers.
• Review customer specifications to create tailored solutions and proposals.
• Manage customer accounts by responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Research and identify potential markets and customer opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer needs are consistently met.
• Maintain professional, positive communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of sales or related experience.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, batteries, and DC power equipment preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per company and client standards.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between offices or customer sites.
