Supply Chain Contracts Analyst
Location Requirements: Canonsburg, PA (hybrid schedule)
Suggested Pay Rate: 27-29hr
Duration: 6-month increments, will likely extend to a full year.
Required Skills: Coupa is a main requirement. This candidate will be completing project info, taking existing 3rd party vendor contracts and uploading into Coupa, along with their internal CCI-Reports
Position Title: Supply Chain Contracts Analyst
Role
Supply Chain works with our internal business partners to identify, negotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers. Over the years, organizations outside of Supply Chain have also negotiated supplier contracts. This role will support the Supply Chain organization in uploading contracts and contract data to our repository system.
Responsibilities
- Upload supplier contracts and associated metadata into the contract repository system
- Maintain and update contract records to reflect amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Ensure contract data aligns with internal standards and naming conventions
- Support reporting related to contract data upload
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline contract data management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to contract administration

- Effective communication with a wide range of employees from across the company in addition to teammates and managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present complex information in a clear and simple format.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement operations, or data management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with contract management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools is a plus
Reports to: Manager Supply Chain Process Management
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
