Low Voltage Technician - Denver, CO

We are currently looking for Low Voltage Technicians to join an amazing Telecommunications team based out Denver, CO. This opportunity is 6 months contract-to-hire with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. Sound like an opportunity you would possibly be interested in? Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • OSHA 10 within first 2 weeks in role.
  • BICSI Installer 2 Fiber certification preferred. Must be earned once hired, (to qualify for Tech III).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in Structured Cabling or industry related construction.
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Able to distinguish color codes.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to listen carefully to and follow instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, dependable and exercise efficient time management at the jobsite.
  • Demonstrate accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude.
  • Solid team player.
  • High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to source and follow standards.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as project requires.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in versatile work environments.
