Cable Field Supervisor

• 3-6 years of experience in the Structured Cabling industry or related construction environments, with a strong emphasis on adherence to quality and safety standards
• Hands-on experience with Category cable, Security cable, and fiber optic installations, including pulling, terminating, testing, and pathway hardware (J-hooks, conduit, etc.)
• Proven ability to interpret and mark up prints, coordinate onsite tasks, and assist Foreman and Superintendent in meeting project timelines
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience, including scheduling, task prioritization, and training junior technicians
• Strong communication skills
• EL06 license is strongly preferred
• OSHA 10 required at start. OSHA 30 certification required within the first 2 weeks in role.
