Field Event Marketing Coordinator
Team Overview
We're seeking a Field Event Marketing Coordinator to support trade shows, field events, and marketing campaigns for a specialized channel focused on financial operations automation. This team helps partners expand their client advisory services through strategic marketing initiatives.
Role Summary
This role involves planning and executing high-impact events and campaigns designed to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proven ability to manage diverse marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and manage ancillary marketing events.
- Own and execute assigned trade shows, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Oversee logistics including contracts, budgets, staffing, messaging, email marketing, vendor coordination, team training, and shipping.
- Track and report standard metrics across event marketing efforts.
- Manage various marketing campaigns including regional field events, virtual events, executive engagements, webinars, email campaigns, and customer promotions.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaign content.
- Communicate plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance including spend, outcomes, and forecasts.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, trade shows, growth marketing, or customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing field events, virtual events, and email campaigns.
- Ability to lead complex projects across distributed teams with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to support special projects.
- Proven success in event planning and execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for events.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Outreach, and Google Suite.
