Quality Engineer

We're looking for a seasoned Quality Engineer to join our team supporting the development and optimization of a high-impact rewards program within our airline customer experience platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering seamless, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for iOS, Android, and web applications using XCUITest, Espresso, and Cypress.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to define test strategies and ensure test coverage for new features and enhancements in the rewards program.
• Own the end-to-end quality process, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution of issues across mobile and web platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and frameworks to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation.
• Hands-on experience with XCUITest for iOS, Espresso for Android, and Cypress for web automation.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application architecture and testing best practices.
