Data Engineer

Role Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy cloud-native data platforms on AWS to power analytics, automation, and intelligent applications-including conversational AI systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver high-performance, scalable data solutions.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TypeScript and Python across distributed codebases.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline to automate deployments and eliminate manual packaging.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows using AWS Glue and CloudWatch to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Champion the use of AI-enhanced development tools like GitHub Copilot to boost engineering productivity and code quality.
• Contribute to the evolution of intelligent services, including chatbot frameworks and systems integrated with large language models (LLMs).

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Deep experience with AWS services and modern data engineering tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript, with a solid grasp of object-oriented design principles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving technical initiatives or leading engineering efforts.
• Familiarity with conversational AI or chatbot platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to LLMs or generative AI technologies is highly desirable.

Soft Skills

• Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative team environment.
• Passionate about innovation, automation, and modern software development practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
