Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced OSP (Wireless) Technician to join our team supporting regional wireless network builds and upgrades. This role involves hands-on installation, testing, and maintenance of wireless systems including rooftop macro sites, small cells, and DAS solutions. You'll work directly in the field to ensure carrier-grade quality, safety, and performance on every project.




Role Requirements

  • 1+ yr. of hands-on telecom cabling or wireless install experience (OSP, DAS, or small cell).
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools, test gear (OTDR, PIM analyzer, spectrum analyzer).
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed build specifications.
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.



Daily Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and repair wireless infrastructure (macro sites, pole mounts, DAS).
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to determine routing and equipment layout.
  • Label, terminate, and install coax, antennas, and fiber cabling to spec.
  • Perform sweep, PIM, and fiber OTDR testing to validate performance.
  • Safely operate lifts, bucket trucks, and other equipment for work at height.
  • Document test results and provide site updates to engineering and PM teams.
  • Follow all company safety policies and carrier standards on site.



Travel / Shift Requirements

  • Market travel required (60-80%).
  • Per-diem provided when traveling.
