Oracle Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect - ERP (Hybrid )
On-site Requirement: Minimum 4 days/week
Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, architecture, and implementation-especially Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Design and govern enterprise software architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee ERP production support, access controls, disaster recovery, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with PMO, BAs, developers, and infrastructure/security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive ERP modernization using cloud ERP, PaaS, and embedded AI.
• Conduct architecture gap analysis, define future-state roadmaps, and build prototypes.
• Guide teams on best practices, standards, and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

• 7-10 years in IT, 5+ in enterprise application leadership.
• Deep experience with Oracle ERP systems and cloud migration (Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, relational databases, and system integration.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar API platforms.
• Strong grasp of cloud computing, SaaS, Agile, and ITIL practices.
• Strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
