Site Acquisition Manager
Irvine, CA

Overview:

Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on assigned projects-from propagation model and RF design to acceptance of the NTP. Ensures all Service Providers adhere to company processes and procedures, measures progress against baselines, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Job-related experience with site builds exceeding 200 sites.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field or one of the following:
  • Registered PE
  • Real Estate licensed professional
  • Law Degree
  • Certified legal practitioner


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work with Service Providers and other disciplines interfacing with the Site Acquisition group.
  • Manage all site acquisition activities, including but not limited to:
  • Site File audit
  • RFDS review and comment
  • SOW review or preparation assistance
  • Coordination of A&E and/or design services
  • Evaluation of engineering requirements (assessment or analysis)
  • Coordination and preparation of submittal documents (LL and regulatory)
  • LL Notification (preparation, submittal, and tracking to LL acknowledgment of receipt)
  • LL Consent (preparation, document submittal, and tracking to LL acknowledgment of consent)
  • Regulatory approval (zoning, BP or EP submission and approval)
  • Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP
  • NTP handoff to services delivery team
  • LL or regulatory agency assistance to civil work and installation teams (site access, design modification negotiation, approvals)
  • Monitor Service Provider activities to ensure contract requirements, specifications, and milestones are met.
  • Resolve Site Acquisition issues encountered by Service Providers.
  • Enforce adherence to agreed implementation schedules and guidelines.
  • Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.
  • Ensure Service Provider quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customer representatives and all project disciplines.
  • Coordinate activities across all disciplines to align with project goals and objectives.
  • After baseline is supplied by the CPM, measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain proper records of all Site Acquisition documentation and data in Site Handler.
