Company Overview
Our client is a nationally recognized organization operating in the commercial real estate and construction-adjacent services space, including mission-critical and data center solutions. The company delivers end‑to‑end solutions across development, construction, and ongoing property support for complex, large‑scale projects. The organization emphasizes collaboration, operational excellence, and a people‑first approach to delivering impactful outcomes for clients and communities.
This role is best suited for someone with prior recruiting experience in mission-critical/data center operations, real estate management, construction, engineering, or related project‑based industries.
The Senior Recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruitment and play a key role in developing talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple roles
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and delivery timelines
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support and contribute to initiatives focused on diverse and inclusive hiring practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within applicant tracking systems

Qualifications

  • Proven recruiting experience in one of the following: mission-critical/data center operations, real estate management, or construction/engineering sectors (Required)
  • Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including high‑volume and specialized roles
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within recruitment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools
  • Ability to work on‑site and adapt to a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
