Financial Analyst
Pay Rate: $28-30/hr.
Location: Canonsburg, PA
Schedule: 4 days a week on-site required (Friday remote)
Starts as a 6-9 month contract
Manager Notes: The main task function of this role is to learn how to find invoicing payments within their ERP system and then send them to a new buyer. This requires some interaction with the buyer, so the candidate will need to be able to present/communicate efficiently through emails/teams calls. Relationship Building is a must have. The primary skillsets are accounting knowledge and ability to read/understand and interpret contracts. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate meaningful reports, and utilize advanced Excel functions to support decision-making. Reporting Analyst, or candidates working extensively with data and billing/leasing/recon reporting.

Job Description:
The Financial Analyst manages various processes to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data (transaction records, financial processing, and control transaction processes) in the JDE Property Management system. The efforts of this position result in proper payments to the buyer as a result of proper escalation, data and billing corrections and other JDE functions.

Financial Analyst (Contract)

  • Manage and maintain financial transaction data within the JDE Property Management ERP system to ensure invoice accuracy, billing integrity, and proper payment processing.
  • Research and identify invoicing and payment records, then communicate findings and supporting documentation to buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Review, interpret, and analyze contracts, leases, and financial agreements to support billing corrections, escalations, and payment validation.
  • Build strong working relationships with buyers and business partners through effective communication via email, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Generate and analyze reports utilizing advanced Excel functions, financial data, reconciliation reporting, and billing information to support business decisions.
  • Monitor financial processes, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
