Network Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Network Supply Chain Manager to support the global supply chain for network hardware and infrastructure. This hands-on individual contributor will ensure supply continuity, manage material and production requirements, support new product introductions (NPI), and partner with suppliers and manufacturers to meet deployment demands.

The ideal candidate has experience in a networking hardware OEM, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing environment (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Juniper, CommScope). They possess expertise in component sourcing, material planning, contract manufacturing, production capacity, supplier management, and product lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for network hardware, components, and infrastructure products.
• Develop supply, material, capacity, and production plans based on forecasts, roadmaps, and business requirements.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, ODMs, suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment partners.
• Identify and mitigate component shortages, capacity constraints, supplier risks, and production issues.
• Support NPI from prototype builds through production ramp and sustained manufacturing.
• Drive sourcing strategies, RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage inventory, lead times, supplier performance, and supply recovery plans.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, deployment, operations, finance, logistics, and sourcing teams.
• Communicate supply status, risks, costs, and recommendations through data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain, sourcing, materials management, manufacturing operations, or supplier management.
• Experience with networking hardware, electronics, semiconductors, data center, cloud, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, demand planning, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage NPI, resolve supply constraints, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience with network switches, routers, optics, semiconductors, EMS partners (Foxconn, Jabil, Celestica), ERP/MRP systems, and APICS, CPSM, or PMP certifications.
