Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality hires in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical or infrastructure roles
- Familiarity with data center environments, including roles such as technicians, engineers, or operations staff
- Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting environments
