Field Performance Advisor (FPA)
King of Prussia, PA



Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Performance Advisor (FPA) to support supplier performance, construction quality, and operational efficiency across wireless telecom deployment projects. This role works directly with field suppliers and internal construction teams to identify performance gaps, improve execution, and drive consistency across active sites and markets.
The ideal candidate comes from a wireless telecom construction background and is comfortable operating independently in the field, engaging directly with suppliers, reviewing site quality, troubleshooting issues, and improving overall project delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field/site visits with suppliers across active telecom construction projects
  • Review siteKPIs including:
    • Cycle time
    • COP first-time-right
    • JHA compliance
    • Build quality
    • Tool utilization
    • Customer requirements
  • Identify supplier performance gaps and provide corrective guidance
  • Perform root-cause analysis of construction, safety, and quality deficiencies
  • Work directly with suppliers to improve field execution and overall site performance
  • Partner with Senior Construction Managers and PM teams to support project completion activities
  • Support customer meetings, site access coordination, and construction drawing validation
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase supplier efficiency and quality
  • Track and report supplier performance findings and field observations
  • Support quarterly supplier business reviews (QBRs)
  • Ensure suppliers follow company/customer processes, methods, safety standards, and tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, automation, EHS, and project teams


Required Background

  • 7+ years of wireless telecom construction or field operations experience
  • Strong understanding of telecom construction processes and site workflows
  • Experience managing, coaching, or influencing subcontractors/suppliers in the field
  • Background supporting wireless deployments including:
    • Civils
    • Ground work
    • L&A
    • Backhaul
    • Maintenance work
  • Strong understanding of construction quality and safety standards
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Telecom Construction Manager
  • Field Construction Manager
  • Wireless Field Operations Lead
  • Supplier Performance / Quality Manager
  • Telecom Foreman or GC oversight lead
  • Carrier deployment experience highly preferred


Additional Notes

  • Heavy field presence/site visits required
  • Highly supplier-facing role
  • Must be comfortable identifying deficiencies and driving accountability in the field
  • Strong mix of operational, construction, quality, and relationship-management experience preferred
