Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiting Operations Support- 3 month+ support

This role provides administrative, recruiting, and project support to the Talent Acquisition team across corporate and operational recruiting functions. The position supports sourcing and selection activities, onboarding processes, and recruiting operations while delivering a high level of customer service to candidates, recruiters, and internal partners.

Responsibilities include collecting, entering, and maintaining applicant and new‑hire data; scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre‑employment testing; and processing employment documentation such as I‑9s, background checks, license verification, medical clearances, and fingerprinting (excluding payroll and benefits processing). The role supports requisition processing, job postings in the applicant tracking system (Taleo), interview guide creation, mass hiring and bid processes, and coordination of training class placement. The coordinator communicates offers and rejections, supports onboarding transactions, calculates salary determinations for union or SAM roles, and ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

This role also serves as a liaison between recruiters, vendors, and hiring teams; escalates non‑routine issues; maintains records; supports process improvements; assists with project work; and performs general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition knowledge or relevant recruiting/HR experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS tools
  • Experience with Taleo, Workday, or Phenom preferred
  • Up to 30% travel may be required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Reliable, punctual attendance required
