Associate Project Manager - Small Cell
Max Pay Rate: $48/hr
Location: Denver, CO, area needs to be the location of this resource. Will work remotely.
Schedule is M-F. Hours flexible but roughly 7-4 or 8-5 each day.
Some limited travel to an office space in Denver area once per month for in-person meetings. Could involve field time up to 50% of the time, but most weeks will likely be 10-15% at most. May need to work in UT area as well on occasion.
Expenses: Mileage can be expensed when travel is required. Internet can be expensed.

Associate Project Manager- Small Cell
Role
The Associate Project Manager role is responsible for providing support for multiple project teams. This role will be responsible for supporting the network design and construction team and we build out our small cell network in Colorado and Utah. Tasks will include managing an audit of our power systems, tracking project progression, providing status updates to leadership, managing materials, and coordinating between teams and vendors to deliver small cell sites in the Right of Way.
Responsibilities
* Understand organizational goals, scopes of work, and project timelines/budgets
* Interface with vendors and attend/lead deployment meetings as needed to drive project progress
* Review data provided by vendors and ensure company systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data
* Plans & Aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
* Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders
* Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices
* Escalate issues through internal lines of business

Education/Certifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of three (3) + years of project management experience
* MS Excel - working with large data and organizing the data
Other Skills/Abilities
* Understanding of small cell construction, including RF, fiber, power, and/or distributed power
* Ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization, including senior leaders
* Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of public right of way project deployment
