Role Overview

This position centers on designing intuitive and engaging experiences that help users manage and interact with their content effortlessly. As a member of the Dash Design team, you'll collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive, end-to-end user journeys that span nearly every part of the Dropbox ecosystem.

You'll work closely with the Growth Product & Design Lead to bring their vision for user onboarding to life. While your official reporting line will be to the Design Manager for Dash, your daily priorities and direction will be shaped in partnership with the Growth Design Lead.

pKey Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management and User Research to define, test, refine, and implementmonetizationn-related in-product experiences, including:
    • Experiences for both free and paid plans
    • Feature usage tracking within the product
    • Upgrade and downgrade flows
  • Coordinate with Go-To-Market and Content Design teams to shape messaging around free and paid offerings
  • Partner with Growth Engineering to understand technical constraints and ensure design feasibility
  • Work alongside other Dash designers to createmonetizationn visuals that align with Dash's design system across platforms
  • Collaborate withDropbox'ss product and design teams to build pricing pages, checkout flows, and account management experiences using existing systems
  • Align withDropbox'ss brand team to develop pricing and plan visuals that reflect Dash's identity
  • Deliveronboardingg experiences that meetDropbox'ss high standards for quality and design excellence

Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience inUXX or related design fields
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Deep empathy for users and a strong curiosity about their needs andbehaviorss
  • Advanced interaction design and prototyping capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders across teams
