  • Create frameworks for direct vs. ghostwritten content and founder engagement.

Content Creation & Curation

  • Draft and refine short-form posts, threads, and occasional longform pieces.

  • Build systems to monitor engagement trends and inform the founder's point of view.
  • Identify opportunities for real-time responses, reply threads, and resharing user-generated content.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Lead lightweight performance analysis and experimentation to understand what content works and why.
  • Stay current with social media trends and propose new formats or channels when relevant.
  • Coordinate with broader communications and social teams to ensure alignment and calendar coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong editorial judgment, creative sensibility, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience collaborating with content creators, designers, and marketing/comms teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in executive communications, journalism, PR, or brand marketing.
  • Familiarity with social performance tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr) and creative platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Experience managing small teams or agency partners.
