IBM Connect: Direct Specialist

Locations: Greensboro, NC; Radnor, PA and Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid-work from home Monday and Friday, in the office tues-thur

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway environments.
• Lead and support file exchange migrations involving mainframe systems, traditional distributed platforms, and cloud-based architectures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient file transfer processes.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with IBM Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of mainframe systems, distributed computing, and cloud migration strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
