Project Manager
Position Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Customer Strategy Office (CSO). This role is central to driving strategic initiatives that elevate the customer experience, boost retention, and streamline operations throughout the SaaS customer journey.
As a core contributor to the CSO team, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of projects-from planning and execution to delivery-ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your day-to-day will involve managing tasks, coordinating across teams, and resolving issues to keep initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Initiatives
Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing GCO initiatives within defined timelines, budgets, and scopes.Project Planning & Delivery
Develop and manage implementation plans for projects and technical solutions, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact.Multi-Project Oversight
Monitor and manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and uphold quality standards.Governance & Reporting
Establish reporting frameworks, meeting cadences, and review processes that support successful project execution.Team Coordination
Align internal, extended, and external teams around shared goals and deliverables, ensuring clarity and consensus.Stakeholder Communication
Provide consistent updates, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment.Risk & Change Management
Anticipate and manage changes in scope, identify risks early, and develop contingency strategies.Executive Communication
Lead the communication and hand-off of projects to services and relevant teams at key milestones. Present project narratives and updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment (e.g., tech, operations).
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects from initiation through delivery.
- Expertise in defining scopes, building timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Skilled at identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving timely resolutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across teams and leadership levels.
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus but not mandatory.
