Role Overview:
Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on assigned projects-from propagation model and RF design to acceptance of the NTP. Ensures all Service Providers follow company processes and procedures, measures progress against baselines, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities.
Interfaces:
- External: ASP principals or leads, Customer SA
- Internal: IM, CPM
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work with Service Providers and other disciplines interfacing with Site Acquisition
Manage all site acquisition activities, including:
- Site file audits
- RFDS review and feedback
- SOW review or preparation assistance
- Coordination of A&E/design services
- Engineering requirement evaluations
- Preparation and coordination of submittal documents (LL and regulatory)
- LL notification and consent tracking
- Regulatory approvals (zoning, BP/EP submission and approval)
- NTP acquisition and handoff to service delivery
- Support civil and installation teams with LL/regulatory access and approvals
Monitor Service Provider activities to ensure contract compliance and milestone achievement
Resolve site acquisition issues encountered by Service Providers
Enforce implementation schedules and guidelines
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Attend coordination and progress meetings
Ensure Service Provider quality meets Company and customer standards
Maintain strong working relationships with customer representatives and project stakeholders
Coordinate cross-discipline activities to align with project goals
Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk after baseline is provided
Maintain accurate records of all Site Acquisition documentation in Site Handler
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience or site builds over 200 sites
- Preferred qualifications:
- Registered PE
- Licensed Real Estate Professional
- Law Degree or Certified Legal Practitioner
- Reports to SA3 (Lead) or IM Lead
Training & Certifications:
- Supplier must ensure personnel have all required certifications before starting work
- Includes ergonomics and refresher training
- Supplier covers up to 40 hours of training per 12-month period (fees, time, travel)
- Company covers time for required safety shorts and pre-approved training
Additional Information:
- Supplier is responsible for:
- Travel time and expenses for mobilization/demobilization
- Compensable travel between worksites
- Administrative time (e.g., setup, communication, paperwork)
- Providing smartphone with WiFi tethering, laptop, and tools as needed
- Accurate timekeeping and payment for all hours worked
